Terms of Service

Mystique Fusion is a mobile play-to-earn game operated by Coinscatch (Private) Limited, a company incorporated under the laws of Sri Lanka (“Coinscatch”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By downloading, installing, or playing the game, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”).

  • The Game allows users to earn in-game assets and digital rewards for entertainment purposes only.
  • Mystique Fusion is not a banking, investment, or financial product. Earnings, if any, are purely based on gameplay performance and network participation.
  • Integration with external partners (e.g., Cropty Wallet) is provided for convenience; such services operate under their own terms and privacy policies.
  • We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the latest version.
  • By using the Game, you represent that you are of legal age and capable of entering into a binding agreement under applicable law.

1. Introduction and Legal Agreement

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “you”, “your”) and Coinscatch (Private) Limited, governing your access to and use of the Mystique Fusion mobile application, website, and related services (“the Game”).

By using the Game, you confirm that you have the authority and capacity to enter into this agreement and that all information you provide is truthful and complete. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must immediately discontinue all use of Mystique Fusion.

These Terms apply globally and supersede any prior oral or written agreements concerning your use of the Game.

2. Accounts and Registration

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your credentials secure at all times.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities conducted under your account. We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your access if we detect unauthorized use, fraudulent activity, or breach of these Terms.

Accounts are non-transferable and may not be sold, leased, or shared with third parties without prior written consent from Coinscatch.

3. Game Rewards and Virtual Assets

Mystique Fusion may reward users with virtual in-game assets such as “Fusion Points” or “Mystique Gold”. These are not legal tender, securities, or guarantees of monetary value. They serve as digital representations of progress within the Game and may be redeemable through authorized partners.

The availability, exchangeability, and value of such assets depend on multiple factors, including system algorithms, user engagement, and partner terms. Coinscatch provides no assurance of fixed returns or profits. You acknowledge that all in-game balances are virtual and may be modified, reset, or discontinued at any time.

Any conversion of in-game rewards into digital currencies (e.g., USDT, BTC) is handled by independent third parties such as Cropty Wallet. Coinscatch is not liable for delays, losses, fees, or restrictions arising from such transactions.

4. Payments, Withdrawals, and Fees

Certain Game features may include optional payments, purchases, or withdrawals. All payments are processed securely by authorized third-party providers. By initiating a transaction, you agree to their respective terms and conditions.

Fees and limits may apply to reward withdrawals or conversions. All such charges will be displayed before confirmation. Coinscatch does not control processing times, currency exchange rates, or network conditions of external providers and disclaims any liability for resulting delays or errors.

All transactions are final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law.

5. Player Conduct and Fair Use

You agree to use Mystique Fusion solely for lawful and ethical purposes. You must not:

  • Use bots, automation software, exploits, or scripts to manipulate gameplay or rewards;
  • Access, tamper with, or interfere with game servers or code;
  • Engage in fraud, deception, or collusion with other players;
  • Harass, abuse, or impersonate other users;
  • Use the Game for any illegal or harmful activity.

Violation of this section may result in immediate account suspension, loss of rewards, permanent ban, and legal action where applicable. Coinscatch reserves the right to investigate and cooperate with law-enforcement authorities regarding such conduct.

6. Third-Party Services and Integrations

Mystique Fusion may integrate with third-party platforms such as wallets, exchanges, or advertising networks to provide extended functionality. By using these integrations, you authorize us to share limited data (e.g., wallet address, user ID, or transaction metadata) as necessary for feature operation.

Coinscatch is not responsible for the availability, reliability, or performance of any third-party service and disclaims all liability for their acts or omissions. We strongly encourage users to review the terms and privacy policies of any integrated partner before use.

7. Disclaimers, Risk Notice, and Limitation of Liability

The Game is provided strictly for entertainment purposes. You acknowledge that digital assets, cryptocurrencies, and blockchain-based systems involve inherent volatility and technological risk. Coinscatch does not provide investment, financial, or legal advice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mystique Fusion and its affiliates disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Game will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

In no event shall Coinscatch’s aggregate liability exceed the amount of direct verified losses attributable to its gross negligence or willful misconduct. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

8. Modifications and Termination

We may modify, suspend, or terminate the Game or any of its features at any time without notice or liability. We may also update these Terms to reflect technical or legal changes. The most recent version will always be available in-app and on our official website.

Continued use of Mystique Fusion after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with any changes, you must cease use immediately and close your account.

9. Governing Law and Contact Information

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Sri Lanka.
